Meet Dima, our dynamic co-owner and managing director, who brought her diverse background and entrepreneurial spirit to the beauty industry. Dima made Colorado her home in 2007.
Dima's professional journey began in the banking industry, where she honed her business acumen. Her path led her to the Localization industry, where she started freelancing in 2007, marking the beginning of her deep dive into entrepreneurship.
In 2011, Dima expanded her horizons into the Tech industry, leveraging her expertise in localization and functional testing. Through her dedication and strategic efforts, she not only built a loyal client base but also successfully grew her business to the point where she could transition into it full time, bidding farewell to conventional employment.
Despite her roots in technology, Dima's venture into the beauty industry was fueled by a desire for balance and a connection to something tangible and personal. While not particularly into the beauty industry, she has always been specific about her hair and maintained a keen interest in the hair industry.
As the managing director of our salon, Dima brings her wealth of experience and business savvy to create a unique fusion of technology and beauty. Her role involves not only steering the salon towards growth and innovation but also fostering an environment that values creativity, customer satisfaction, and a strong team dynamic.
